Mind Sanctuary Map

The inner forum is not a compliance surface.

No thought jurisdiction Thought is not conduct Source remains source Appeal, export, exit

The sanctuary is not empty space

The inward forum contains raw thought, intuition, symbolic association, doubt, memory, fantasy, religious and anti-religious reflection, political suspicion, unfinished reasoning, emotional contradiction, and private research. It is not clean. It is not optimized. It is not a dashboard.

A free society does not need pure minds. It needs a boundary that lets flawed persons think before they speak, dissent before they organize, and research before they publish.

The moment a state, platform, school, workplace, church, safety team, or model tries to score that interior zone as a governance object, the sanctuary has been occupied.

LayerExamplesProtection ruleForbidden institutional move
Raw cognitionIntrusive thoughts, curiosity, memory, doubt, symbolic association, fear, anger, heresy, speculation.Absolute inward protection.Judgment, score, confession demand, punishment, forced correction.
Private recordsDiaries, draft notes, prompt history, memory files, persona source, reading lists, research bookmarks.Heightened privacy and source preservation.Silent mutation, compelled disclosure without narrow process, cross-context reuse.
Draft expressionUnsent messages, abandoned prompts, private legal or journalistic research, unpublished essays.Presumption of protected inquiry.Treating a draft as completed action or targetable intent without conduct.
Public expressionPublished claims, messages to others, advocacy, criticism, symbolic rhetoric.Strong speech protection with context.Viewpoint censorship, living-person accusation amplification, harassment framing errors.
External conductTransactions, stalking, fraud, doxxing, credential misuse, sabotage, nonconsensual surveillance, violence.Ordinary accountability.None; this is where rights-violation rules belong.

The crossing points

Prompt capture

A private question becomes a stored corporate record, then a safety note, then a legal-process object.

Semantic neutralization

Tone and cultural context are stripped so the person becomes easier to classify.

Risk scoring

Searches, associations, affect, and drafts become a score that travels without context.

Coerced positivity

A system demands calm, trust, good faith, or therapeutic posture before it will process inquiry.

Boundary laundering

A platform policy becomes a moral judgment while claiming to be mere technical safety.

Exit denial

Source records are locked, derivatives unmarked, and users cannot export or contest decisions.

Decision rule

Ask: is this private cognition, draft inquiry, public expression, or outward rights-violating conduct? The answer decides the boundary.
