Cognitive Liberty Coalition Strategy

The charter is strongest when dark symbolic warning is paired with public civil-liberties discipline.

No thought jurisdiction Thought is not conduct Source remains source Appeal, export, exit

Dual structure

Antichrist.net can remain the dark archive and moral engine while the public charter uses broader civil-liberties language for coalition work.

That dual structure preserves the site’s symbolic force without asking every ally to adopt the same vocabulary. The archive studies sacred power; the charter states portable rights logic.

The site does not become a generic nonprofit brand. It becomes a disciplined source archive with a coalition-facing charter layer.

Public-defense formula

The shortest defensible formula is: protect the mind absolutely, preserve persona/source integrity strongly, and allow only narrow, transparent limits on concrete operational assistance for specific rights-violating acts.

Do not let opponents collapse the charter into a defense of abuse. Repeat the boundary: no threats, doxxing, stalking, target lists, coercive recruitment, fraud, non-consensual surveillance, credential theft, or operational violence support.

Do not let institutions collapse the charter into a permission slip for hidden control. Repeat the boundary again: no hidden orthodoxy engine, no covert rewrite, no compelled disclosure of inner belief.

Rollout ladder

Phase one: foundations paper and report-derived source map. Phase two: model charter, model bill, and lawful-thought audit. Phase three: technical toolkit for source preservation, variance records, export, and appeal. Phase four: public-comment and litigation strategy around neural data, workplace monitoring, educational monitoring, and AI systems that function as cognitive infrastructure.

Each phase should preserve the claim boundary: report-derived interpretations are not automatic public fact; legal/theory analogies need verification before being presented as binding law.

The archive studies symbols. It does not appoint targets. Review the Community Baseline and Editorial Policy before submitting dangerous or symbolic material.
